Domestic Shipping – Australia wide
Le Vi Lash will do its best to process all orders on the same day if the orders are places before 11:30 a.m, otherwise your item will be processed on the following day.
Please note all Delivery Time Frames quoted are Approximately from courier companies and Australia Post and can sometimes take longer which is out of our control. We are not liable for any delay from courier companies after dispatching the items.
Insurance: (Australia Only)
Insurance for your parcel can be purchased for your parcels for an extra $3 this will cover all the items in your package and will receive a full refund of goods if they become lost through Australia Post. We will not be held liable for replacing lost mail
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind :
Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind includes size, length, dimension, curl etc.. ). Please check your cart careful before you make the payment. If you make mistakes, please email us immediately. We will try to do accommodate your request as long as the items have not been dispatched.
Major Manufacturer Defect:
If a product should be deemed defective due to a manufacturer defect in accordance with Australian Cosumer Law, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and provide evidences. you are entitled to choose between a refund, repair or replacement of the item (subject to availability)
Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for returns, please make sure that:
The products must be returned within 14 days
- Is in its original sealable condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Isn’t used or damaged
Shipping fees are non-refundable
All return postage and insurance charges will be at the expense of the buyer.
Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. Le Vi Lash is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.
If you would like us to replace or provide a refund for an item and we find that:
- the item has been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you; or
- the item has been damaged after being delivered to you for reasons not related to its state or condition at the time of supply to you; or
- the period of time since supply and circumstances are such that we are permitted by the Australian Consumer Law to decline to provide a refund or replacement,
then we may, at our discretion, decide not to replace or refund you for the item and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable postage costs. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses that you incur as a result.
